Carrera Return Policy?
The Return Policy of Carrera® US is as follows:
Full-price online orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. To initiate the return process, customers need their order number, email address, and billing zip code. There is a $5.00 fee for the printable return shipping label, which will be deducted from the refund.
Upon receiving the return, Carrera guarantees a full refund, except for the $5.00 shipping label fee. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to reflect on the credit card statement.
If an email address was not provided during the order, contact the customer support team to assist with initiating your return. If you purchase an item as part of the promotion and choose to return it, the refund policy indicates that you will only receive 50% of the original price of the purchased item as a refund. Additionally, the free item obtained through the promotion is explicitly declared as ineligible for returns or exchanges.
